  • How can I join the affiliate program?
    You can join The KMR Brands affiliate program by signing up and creating an affiliate account.
  • Are there any restrictions on participating in the affiliate program?
    No, there are no specific restrictions. Anyone can sign up and participate in the affiliate program.
  • How does the affiliate program work?
    As an affiliate, you have the opportunity to promote The KMR Brands' products and services. You will earn a 5% commission on the total value of the first invoice from new customers who provide your Affiliate ID.
  • How do I receive my commissions?
    Your commissions will be displayed in your affiliate dashboard. Once you reach the minimum payout amount of €50, you can request a payout. Please provide your payment information, including your full name in your affiliate account.
  • How long does it take to receive my commissions?
    Payments will be made directly after we receive and process your payout request. While there is no specific timeframe, we strive to process payouts as quickly as possible.
  • What payment methods are available?
    We offer direct bank transfers and PayPal as payment methods.
  • Can I have multiple Affiliate IDs?
    No, each affiliate account is assigned a unique Affiliate ID.
  • What happens if a customer does not provide the Affiliate ID?
    You will only receive a commission if a new customer provides your Affiliate ID. If the Affiliate ID is not provided, the commission cannot be attributed to you.
  • How can I cancel my affiliate account?
    You can cancel your affiliate account at any time by providing written notice to our support team. Please note that any outstanding commissions will be forfeited upon cancellation.
